Orasure Test Tested For HIV With "OraSure" Oral Swab At Planned Parenthood, Will Below-freezing Temperatures Effect Sample?

Tested for HIV with "OraSure" oral swab at Planned Parenthood, will below-freezing temperatures effect sample? - orasure test

We have the test on Friday, but the sample is exposed to cold, clear, cold (5-10 degrees) weather during the weekend by U.S. mail for 3 days.

OraSure website says it should be kept between 39-98 degrees during the journey.

If 3 days after freezing affects the sample before the test?

Is currently being tested by an oral swab test is not accurate. The only way a value of 99.99% received test is exposed to HIV during 6 months, so a blood test done at a place of Quest Diagnostics. Because he can go 6 months in order to be detected in the blood.
